The Village of Richton Park and Home Owners Associations come together each summer to hold an event for all community residents. HOA Community Appreciation Day allows residents to get to know their neighbors, interact with village staff, president, and Board of Trustees, and enjoy various activities throughout the event.

Activities
Past activities included family fun, food, live entertainment, line dancing instructors that teach the latest dance craves, vendors, giveaways, games, bubbles, inflatable jumpers for children, obstacle course for adults, movies in the park, and much more.
