Friday, June 2nd will be Richton Park’s Annual President’s Scholarship Golf Outing hosted by our very own President Rick Reinbold. The event will be held at SPG Green Garden Country Club at 9511 W. Manhattan-Monee Rd. in Frankfort, IL.
The mission of the annual scholarship golf outing is to reward students who exhibit academic achievement, exceptional character, and a zest for life. Proceeds will be used to support various charitable and volunteer organizations in the community. Applicants may be Richton Park high school seniors planning to enter college, students currently enrolled in college, or adults desiring to continue their education.
As President Reinbold states, “Higher education and enrichment is an integral part of our lives individually, and as a society. We are very proud to be able to give recipients the opportunity and assistance in financing those education aspirations. This is what the scholarship golf outing is all about.”
To attend this event, there are three types of tickets for purchase:
- $140 per person
- $100 per person
- $45 per person
Mapping the schedule of events, the festivities begin at 11:00am with Registration. Noon will start the golfing and 4-Player Scramble. At 5:00pm, dinner will be served, along with the awards and prizes ceremony. Winners will be awarded for longest drive, closest to the pin, best score, most honest golfer, and best foursome. Also, for those who wish to be a Sponsor, there are six different levels of which one can participate:
- Platinum Sponsor - $2,500
- Gold Sponsor - $2,000
- Silver Sponsor - $1,000
- Bronze Sponsor - $250
- Sponsor a Hole - $150
- Donation Only - any value
- Prize/Raffle Donation
