The purpose and mission of the President’s Scholarship Golf Outing is to serve as a scholarship fund to reward and promote life-long learning opportunities for Richton Park students who exhibit academic achievement, exceptional character, and a zest for life.
Bill Fleming was a Richton Park resident who was instrumental in sponsoring, and promoting the President’s Scholarship Golf Outing. The Bill Fleming Scholarship, first awarded in 1998, was started to promote and encourage academic achievement among high school students by awarding an annual scholarship to a graduating senior residing in Richton Park. The scope of the award was later expanded to include adults desiring to continue education.
Your support is vitally important to this event's success, and your tax-deductible sponsorship is much appreciated. Checks should be made payable to Friends of the Village of Richton Park. If you have any questions, please contact Parks & Recreation Director Ashley Turner at (708) 753 -8800 or at firstname.lastname@example.org.
