  2. Saturday, August 16th, we're celebrating our first annual "Lost in Music House Music Fest," projected to have over 3,000 attendees. This form is for Food Truck vendors wanting to participate in this year's event. Upon completion & submission of the form, our vendor coordinator will contact you with further instructions.
  3. Rules & Guidelines
    1. Upon approval and participation confirmation, all payments must be received be the August 8, 2025 Deadline
    2. Food Truck Vendor Fee: $200.00
    3. All interested must apply online. You will receive notification of your participation to the event via email. If your application is approved, a follow up email will be sent which will include a link to complete your payment for participation.
    4. We will be limiting vendors with similar items.
    5. All Food Trucks must be in place by 10:30am. Late arrivals will not be permitted/admitted. Fees ($200) will not be refunded due to tardiness.
    6. No early closings. No early breakdowns. Food Trucks must stay for the duration of the event.
    7. The Village of Richton Park, its officers, agents, and employees are not liable for any claims of injury, including health, damages, or loses sustained by any individual or party associated with the activities of the event.
