House Music Fest | Vendor Interest Form

  2. Saturday, August 16th, we're celebrating our first annual "Lost in Music House Music Fest," projected to have over 3,000 attendees. This form is for vendors wanting to participate in this year's event. Upon completion & submission of the form, our vendor coordinator will contact you with further instructions.
  3. Rules & Guidelines
    1. Event Date/Time:  Saturday, August 16, 2025 from 11:00 am – 9:00 pm.
    2. Event Vendor Fee:  $150.00 (Vendor must provide their own table and chairs) There will be no refunds for cancellations.
    3. Set up time is 9:00 am – 10:30am and must be completed by 11:00am. There will not be any entry after 10:00am. Break down is from 7:30pm – 8:30pm. All vendors must stay the duration of the event.
    4. Vendor space is on a first come basis. You may bring your own tent.
    5. Village of Richton Park will not be responsible for any theft, loss or property damage incurred the of the event.
    6. All interested vendors must apply online. You will receive notification of your participation to the event via email. If your application is approved, a follow up email will be sent which will include a link to complete your payment for participation.
    7. We will be limiting vendors with similar items.
    8. Once approved, payment must be done by 11:59pm, August 8, 2025.
